What payment methods are accepted?

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription anytime in the Dodo billing portal. Your current billing period remains active until it expires.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Paid plans include a 14-day refund window. Requests are reviewed manually using billing records and account usage data. Full details are available in our Refund Policy.
What are the Free plan limitations?
Guests can run 3 RFP Health Scans per day with no signup required. Creating a free account unlocks up to 10 scans per month. AI response generation and knowledge base features require a paid plan.
What's the difference between Starter and Pro?
Starter is ideal for small to mid-sized teams (40 scans + 25 AI generations per month). Pro is for higher-volume teams that need more scans, more AI generations, and a fuller historical knowledge base workflow.
Do paid plans include usage protections?
Yes. Paid plans include monthly usage allowances, and excessive high-volume activity may be temporarily throttled to prevent abuse and protect platform stability.
Is my knowledge base data secure?
Your knowledge base is logically isolated by user_id, and the platform is designed so one customer's uploaded content is not shared with another. We also do not use customer content to train our own models.
