1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on paid plans, subject to the usage limits and eligibility conditions described below.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests are reviewed manually using the account email, purchase date, and service usage records associated with your subscription. You generally qualify for a full refund only if all of the following are true:
- You submit the request within 14 days of the original purchase.
- Your aggregate paid AI generation usage remains below approximately 8% of your monthly generation quota.
- Your account has not violated our Terms of Service.
3. Usage Limits
Refund reviews use billing records together with aggregate generation consumption associated with the account. The thresholds below are reference points for conservative review, and eligibility may be assessed using the overall level of paid feature usage reflected in our records. Once usage reaches or exceeds the threshold below, the purchase is generally no longer eligible for a refund.

4. Non-Refundable Cases
- Aggregate paid AI feature usage has reached or exceeded the applicable review threshold.
- More than 14 days have passed since purchase.
- The account is associated with abuse, fraud, or Terms of Service violations.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@kekelabs.com using your registered account email. We normally review refund requests within 2 business days and assess eligibility based on the billing record and account usage data available to us.
6. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Dodo billing portal or your dashboard subscription settings. Cancellation stops future renewals, and your access remains available until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided after the 14-day refund period.
