1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on paid plans, subject to the usage limits and eligibility conditions described below.

2. Refund Eligibility

You qualify for a full refund only if all of the following are true:

  • You submit the request within 14 days of the original purchase.
  • Your total AI generation usage remains below 8% of your monthly generation quota.
  • You have not downloaded or exported generated proposal outputs.
  • Your account has not violated our Terms of Service.

3. Usage Limits

Refund thresholds are calculated conservatively using whole completed generations. Once usage reaches or exceeds the threshold below, the purchase is no longer eligible for a refund.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Usage has reached or exceeded 8% of the monthly generation quota.
  • More than 14 days have passed since purchase.
  • Generated proposals or outputs have been downloaded or exported.
  • The account is associated with abuse, fraud, or Terms of Service violations.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@kekelabs.com using your registered account email. We normally review refund requests within 2 business days.

6. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Paddle billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals, and your access remains available until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided after the 14-day refund period.
