Terms of Service — RFPForge

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RFPForge, a service operated under the RFPForge brand by Pei Guoqiang, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

References to “RFPForge,” “we,” “our,” or “us” in these Terms refer to the current operator of the service, which is Pei Guoqiang operating under the RFPForge brand, except where a third-party provider such as Dodo Payments is separately identified as the merchant of record or service provider for a specific transaction.

2. Service Scope

RFPForge provides AI-powered RFP health scanning and proposal response generation services. We may modify, improve, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. RFPForge is currently not offered to users or entities in the EU, EEA, United Kingdom, or Switzerland. Users located in those regions should not access or use the service.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to:

Use the service unless you are at least 18 years old
Upload malicious files or code
Upload unlawful content, export-controlled data, or sensitive personal information unless you have the right and need to do so
Reverse engineer the platform or AI response logic
Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Scrape, automate abuse, or interfere with platform stability or other users
Share account access with unauthorized third parties

4. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights of all documents you upload and all proposal content generated by the AI on your behalf. RFPForge claims no ownership over your proprietary data or outputs, and does not claim the right to use your content for training its own models.

5. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated content is provided on an “as-is” basis for drafting assistance only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, editing, and approving all outputs before using them in any proposal, bid, submission, or compliance process.

6. Data Processing Disclosure

RFPForge uses third-party providers to deliver model inference, embeddings, email delivery, and payment processing. By using the service, you acknowledge the following:

Model Providers

RFPForge relies on third-party AI and embedding providers configured for the service environment at the time of processing. Supporting vendors may change over time as the service evolves.

Data Lifecycle

Temporary uploaded source files may be removed after processing, while account-linked outputs, embeddings, metadata, and records may be retained as needed to operate user-facing features and enforce retention policies.

No Model Training

RFPForge does not sell your content or use it to train its own models. Third-party providers process data only to the extent required to provide their services under their own terms and controls.

Payments and Email

Paid subscriptions are processed through Dodo Payments, and transactional emails may be sent through Resend or configured email infrastructure depending on the active service configuration.

All AI-generated content is provided on an “as-is” basis. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving any AI output before submitting it in a proposal or other context.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RFPForge is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific commercial outcomes, or regulatory sufficiency of any generated content.

8. Export Restrictions

You may not access or use the service if you are located in a sanctioned jurisdiction or are otherwise prohibited under applicable export control or sanctions laws.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts with competent jurisdiction in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China.
